Semy Hub provides an automated dashboard allowing authorized users to upload video files and schedule them for automatic publishing across connected third-party platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and schedule through Semy Hub. You agree NOT to use the service to:

Your use of Semy Hub to publish to external platforms means you also agree to their respective Terms of Service. Semy Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Meta, or TikTok. Any suspension of your social accounts by these third parties due to your uploaded content is solely your responsibility.
Semy Hub is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or API uptime, as we rely on third-party API availability. In no event shall Semy Hub or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service (including missed publishing schedules or account bans).
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
