Welcome to Semy Hub ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy governs the privacy policies and practices of our application, Semy Hub, which automates media uploading to external social networks.

2. Information We Collect

Semy Hub acts as an internal automation tool. We collect the minimum amount of information required to provide our services:

• Authentication Tokens: When you connect your YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram accounts, we securely store the OAuth 2.0 access and refresh tokens.
• Media Files: Videos and metadata (titles, descriptions, scheduled times) uploaded directly by you to be published on connected platforms.

3. Third-Party Services (YouTube, Meta, TikTok)

Semy Hub uses API Services from third-party platforms to publish your content. By using our application, you are bound by the privacy policies and terms of these platforms:

• YouTube: Semy Hub uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
• TikTok: We use the TikTok API to publish videos on your behalf. Please review the TikTok Privacy Policy.
• Meta (Instagram): We use the Meta Graph API for Instagram Reels publishing. Please review the Meta Privacy Policy.

4. How We Use Your Information

Your authentication tokens are used exclusively to publish the video files you manually upload to the Semy Hub dashboard onto your authorized social media channels. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data, tokens, or media with any unauthorized third parties.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You have full control over your data:

• Revoking Access: You can disconnect your social accounts at any time from the Semy Hub dashboard. Clicking "Disconnect" instantly deletes the respective OAuth tokens from our servers.
• Google Security Settings: In addition to our internal deletion, users can revoke Semy Hub's access to their Google/YouTube data at any time via the Google Security Settings page.
• Media Deletion: Video files are stored temporarily on our servers for the sole purpose of scheduling and are subject to deletion after successful publication.
